I have come through to the other side. As a serial church planter and entrepreneur I know the frustration and the struggle of giving it all to mobilize God’s people for mission. I bear the wounds and the scars of trying to implement someone else’s God Dream only to realize that it was not the right fit for my calling and/or context. I have been stuck in a the rut of going back to the well to try the things that have worked in the past but are no longer effective because of the rapidly shifting tides of our culture.

I want to help you avoid the traps that are a danger to all of us who lead churches and organizations. My passion is to help you lead in a way that is true to your calling.
